Cassava Cake – Deli Style

2 packages frozen Cassava, thawed

1 can sweetened condensed milk

1 can coconut milk

3 tbsp melt butter

2 tsp vanilla extract

2 eggs

2 cups craisins

mix everything in the big mixing bowl

preheat oven 375 F

9×13 pan lined with parchment paper

pure mixture into the pan

bake for 1 hour, take out and cool down, cut into squares


The traditional Cassava Cake doesn’t have craisins. Since I don’t like it too sweet, instead of adding extra sugar, I add 2 cups craisins. I like it.
